Meditation Instruction

Many clients have mentioned that they are interested in
meditation, but either do not know how to meditate or have tried it in the
past and have had difficulties remaining focused. This session of meditation
is a guided experience, designed to teach various aspects of meditation such
as how to sit, how to enter meditation, how to remain focused, and how to
integrate your experience throughout your daily activities. Relaxation, increased awareness, mental focus & clarity, and a sense of peace are usually the most common experience of those whom meditate regularly. Meditation may be important for you if you are interested in a daily practice of creating a positive and peaceful state of mind. By practicing meditation regularly, the client may gain a palpable sense of the self. This hour long session can be adjusted for content for those with more experience and/or specific guided meditation desires, but for those who are interested in learning the basics, the session generally involves:
